Our team of artists was excited to collaborate with the studio VVERH and VFX Supervisor Alexander Serkov on this project. We spent several months creating a sequence of visually stunning shots for a story that tells the events of the International Military Tribunal that took place in the ruined city of Nuremberg after the Second World War. The city had been heavily damaged by aerial bombardment during the war.

Our tasks included designing a highly detailed layout of the Nuremberg ruins and populating it with a historically dressed crowd. We also worked to correct the captured scenery in order to achieve a cohesive and consistent look for the frame. Finally, we contributed 25 shots for the scene depicting the arrival of a train.

Accurate portrayal of the setting and events of the story required careful attention to detail. We are proud of the results and the contribution we made to the film.
